PO form printing to print preview

This is happening to us too only on customized forms. I printed a
purchase order, which we have not customized, and it prints fine.
But when I print an AR invoice, which is highly customized, the
preview comes up. Odd.

When printing a purchase order, (either from entry or tracker), we
always get the print preview even though we select the "Print" icon.
The purchase order is the only form doing this. All others printing
normally. I have changed default printers, reloaded drivers, reset the
printer in the form in crystal, and run conversion job 130 as per
Epicor support... nothing helps. When you view the process in System
Monitor it says printing and when you close the Print Preview box that
appears the monitor says "autoprinted" to the appropriate printer even
though it didn't go there.

This was working properly and just began this behavior. I have even
restored the form from a backup prior to the changed behavior to no
affect.

We are currently on .407...

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Probably, our go-live was 2/2/09 and our users have us tweaking everything so I believe changes were made to the form...

Has anyone encountered this before? Neither I nor Epicor support seem
to be able to find out the why's and wherefore's on this... thus no
fix as yet.
