Ima stick up for support lately. They’ve been responding fast and digging deep.
Plus at the Toronto Roadshow, Deb Desormaux suggested letting USERS drive opening tickets - which is a very ballsy move.
Should be interesting to see how it works out but respect.
It’s good to hear that someone is having luck with support. I’m having the opposite lately. Been working on our upgrade since May and have had even worse support lately than normal. It’s good to know that not everyone is having the same.
