Hi There,
ALL our printing / print preview requests have suddenly started to error (including base Epicor reports).
System monitor errors all display:
Invalid object name 'ICECommon_4_3_200.Ice.ReportStore'. Could not use view or function 'Ice.ReportStore' because of binding errors.
Has there been a retroactive update to 2024.2.12 kinetic cloud that has broken this?
How can I go ahead and restart system agent / any other reporting service that could have broken?
Appreciate any help as this has completely shut us down.

You can use the Portal https://portal.cp.epicor.com if you have the rights. Otherwise you can make a EpiCare ticket with support.

Looks like I have permission but nothing loads on this screen.
Thanks for the assistance - have a critical case on EpiCare put through to resolve.

You need to be provisioned.
In your live environment, as a security manager, assign yourself to the group ECMP_SelfSignUp
. Save, wait a few minutes. Then try the portal again.
