We are currently implementing Epicor 10.2.500 in the cloud and was wondering if anyone has used the Project Management module and billing? We are trying to make sure that everything is billed correctly but after our session yesterday I am not sure it is the correct way.

We are using the Project Management module and Project Level Invoicing Method- Milestone Billing. Could you please let me know, what you want to confirm?
We are gong to be using Customer shipment and POC for revenue recognition for our larger project and on invoice for the others.

We had a session yesterday and I am not sure the process we laid out is the correct one. We had to setup a milestone billing even though we were not using MIlestones for the invoice to be processed. If we are basing our billing on customer shipment and revenue based on invoice or POC, why would I need to setup a milestone?
