Public cloud down for anyone else right now?

Disregard my earlier post. I was able to clear the logjam in Webdrive. Thank goodness. We are running again. Good luck out there today everyone.

Odd, we’re working both smart client & browser. Are you getting any error messages?

No, it just sits at user login and eventually times out.

so i just deleted the temp file from program data and tried again… came right up!

At this point maybe for a Friday Ideas it would be nice to suggest a 2 flush option for cloud that would allow me to move my PILOT back to the LIVE version, refreshed the data, then upgrade the PILOT back to the current release. With all the delays it’s getting difficult having such a large time gap between my live and testing environments. Too many changes going on.

Mmmm. Scouring for the email/notification. Maybe hung up as spam as been getting so many lately…

We still cannot print/attach documents in production environment.

Neither can we. Assuming (hoping) that once all customers are back on line, printing services will follow? or Should I be doing something now?

I may be the only one who is disappointed. I need this upgrade done already. Been preparing for it for months now and this is now the second time its been cancelled. Rescheduling it is going to be an absolute nightmare.

I can relate, I had mentally prepared myself for a bad Monday. Its like changing the date of execution for a prisoner, it only prolongs the dread

There are two types of hard drives. Those that have failed. And those that will fail.

Yeah I feel your pain but if they would have went ahead and did it on already unstable platforms then the downtime could be much longer for all of us. I realize postponing this 2nd time is bad PR but think what the PR would be like if they proceeded this weekend and a worse problem occurred. Just my take on it.

I think its the right call. It’s just really disappointing to have it put off again.
