You don't need to buy me dinner (that's what my account manager is for..) but I'm willing to share a few things I've learned throughout the course. I'm only on 409c but scheduling at 9 isn't a whole lot different. They are still using the same core algorithm or scheduling engine they were in 8.03 feel free to contact me, it helps to know more specifics about what your exact objectives and expectations are. Master production scheduling is as much art as science, but it can be a pain if you don't have the science part set up right :)

Subject: [Vantage] PWC looking for advice and consultant on Advanced Planning & Scheduling
We're a high mix high, volume job shop in Portland, OR. We're planning
to move to automated scheduling of our jobs and would love to make
contact with current users of APS on Epicor 9.05.60x. Any notes in
pitfalls or recomendations would be appreciated. We're also interested
in engaging a consultant to help prototype the configuration changes
we'll need to make on our current system to implement APS. If you can
assist with either, we'd appreciate your help. I'd also be willing to
spot you a dinner at Insights if you're going. Cheers - Eric Kennedy
