We are in the process of implementing it now (5.2). We've had it since 4.0 but until 5.2 did not consider it ready to use. Now it looks pretty good and our QA people are real excited to get it all going. Aside from learning some conceptual and terminology differences from our manual processes it is going pretty well. If I understood Epicor correctly about the changes between 5.2 and 6.0 there should not have been much change functionality wise in the QA module. Most of the 6.0 changes were in other areas or in the interface customization capabilities. It is already saving us a lot of time on RMAs. The only downside I've heard is that it enforces a lot of procedures (dot the i's and cross the t's sort of thing) which probably is not bad but causes people to grumble about extra work. Once it is all working we are really looking forward to creating a number of reports for our ISO continuous improvement projects.

I would really like to know how good and how tight the Quality module is in v6. It's something we've wanted for a long time, but the standard offering just hasn't made the grade, at least until now.
