Quick Ship error

Quick Ship was just updated to 2026.1 and now we are having an error message when we try to ship UPS Ground to Canada. We have always used this. I found KB0112909 but doesn’t really give much info, honestly I think it is old.

121100 The requested shipment is invalid for the shipment origin

We have a UPS Canada/Mexico ship via code for UPS ground to Canada. Maybe you need that? We’ve had that for a while though. So not sure why the 2026 upgrade would cause issues. Unless when it registered with UPS after the update it applied new requirements.

Also make sure your company information is correct in setup. We’ve had that change unexpectedly after an update.

company information is correct. What settings are set on your UPS Canada? I don’t see anything that would indicate it can go international

That usually happens with us when we ship using an international service when it’s considered ground (Puerto Rico for us).

that looks like my problem. We don’t have any set up with international service so I am not sure how they were shipping that way before?
