Quote Form Not Showing Line Items With Zero For A Price

I have a customized Crystal Report Quote form that will not display the line when the Doc Unit Price is zero. However the Epicor out of the box Crystal Report will show the line with a Zero Doc Unit Price. Is this a setting in the Crystal Report or the Epicor Data Definition.

Crystal Report, though it could be the RDD if your joins are funky.
