Mike,

Guess I should have actually opened RB. I became curious and tried to get this
to work. Apparently the conditional printing doesn't work on an aggregated
grouped field. Sorry to lead you astray.

This is one more reason to use Crystal. The TopN function is a built in
function. A couple clicks and you would have exactly what you want.

Crystal has a MUCH more robust function set. Well worth the investment in money
and time in training.
