We have an inspection plan tied to a part number. Because of this “the inspection required” option is carried to the PO suggestions. Hence the “Inspection Required” checkbox is enabled and greyed out in POs where we are not ale to disable the “Inspection Required” checkbox.
But we do not want to do inspection during PO receipt. How to disable that checkbox?

What are you trying to accomplish then?
Where would want to do the inspection?
We wanted to do the inspection when we are issuing the material to the Job. While doing PO receipt we will just check the pallet count and the lot number.
I also got one solution today. By creating two revisions one with Inspection plan and one without inspection plan. so that we can choose the required revision in the PO.
And “the inspection plan” checkbox is accessible and its not greyed out.
