Report Builder - Help on Report

For our 'Time and Materials' jobs, we need to provide job details with our
invoices for the customer.

The details must list each job the invoice references and for each job
provide the total hours per operation and costs based on the customer rate.
It must also each subcontracting operation at cost + 15% markup. It must
also list all materials + 15% markup.

Can anyone think of a way to provide this information from within vantage or
using report builder? I have tried and tried, but cannot come up with
anything except using ODBC, which is extremely slow.
