I copied some report data definitions, add additional tables, and added to my SSRS reports in the training environment. After making the necessary modification to my SSRS reports, I would like to move this to Test and then Production environment.
Doesn’t seem like I can just upload the new SSRS reports. It gives me an error when I try to run it. Do I need to recreate the RDD with all the tables/relationships I added from my Training environment?

Depending on your Epicor release, within Report Data Definition, you can go Actions > Export Report Data Def from the database with the RDD that works. Then import that using Import Report Data Def in the database where you want it to be used in
Report Style Maintenance has a similar import/export with the Report RDLs.
