Report times different between companies in same database

This is an E10 system recently upgraded from E9

Seeing reports run times that are varying a lot and generally slower than E9.

It also appears it is just in one company.
Been told that the same report in the other company seems to run like it did in E9.
– I’m still trying to verify this.

Anyway… I’ve been looking thru everything I can think of but not yet spotted a cause.
Would greatly appreciate any ideas, suggestions…

Feedback was false, the report run times are the same in all companies.
For all users, the same report with same criteria might take 15 seconds one time, 80 seconds the next, Guessing it’s something with setup, system resources (and still searching).
