Reverse Cash Receipt was not available in this version.
How do you void a customer payment while releasing the invoice? I need to release the invoice to apply the correct cash receipt?
Which version is this? You must have option to Void/Reverse Cash Receipt, it was available since Epicor 9 version. Are you system manager user, if not, try logging with it and see if menu available thereafter.
Epicor Version is 8.03.409C Logged in as System Manager I am not finding the Void/Reverse Cash Receipt
You are using Epicor 8, I doubt it has option for reversal.
