I really only took a quick look and while I suggested BPM custom code widget, that was simply my first thought. It could go wherever…

I’ve not read Mark’s responses in full either so don’t let me muddy the waters any more.

IMHO, there are far too many places handle emailing in the products. Extract that logic out and refactor it into a service that all of the Epicor Products can use - including the routing.

I support this.

But routing is not using BPM ,so you cannot add widget there

Right, @Mark_Wonsil said he uses it outside of Epicor not in ssrs breaking and routing.

I am still wondering about this too @Olga
