Sure, just create a BPM and Raise an exception on Delete. Here's how you
do
it:

1. Open System Management > Business Process Management > Method
Directives.

2. Click the Method Code button, set the business object to Quote,
click the Search button and double click Update from the list that
appears.

3. Click the Pre-Processing tab, click the Conditions button, select
Add Condition from the top left of the window.

4. From the User Text drop down list, select ?the specified field of
the changed row is equal to the specific value".
Click specified and select the QuoteNum field from the ttQuoteCom table.
Click "the changed row" and change it to "the deleted row"
Click "is equal to" and change it "is more than"
Click "specific" and enter 0.
Click OK.

5. Click the Actions button and select Add Action.

6. From the user text drop down list, select Raise Exception based on
the designed template. Enter some descriptive text like, "Quotes cannot
be
deleted".

7. Make sure you enable the Directive and give it a try.

I have discovery quotes are being deleted, I suspect a salesperson is
deleting quotes so his hit rate is better

Is there anyway I can find the delete quotes as they don't show in the
Audit log or change log

Unfortunately in version 6.1 once something is deleted you cannot get it
back / or find it.

You could always create reports on new quotes created and who the
salesperson was on that quote and then do comparisons later when quote
numbers are missing.

But, yes that is a lot of work.
