I assume if you have a preprocessing directive, conditioned on “there is at least one deleted OrderHedâ€, with an action of “display exception messageâ€, that would do it.

The Bpm would be simple. Or you can secure the delete process in process security so it is disallowed except for sales managers.

Subject: [Vantage] [8.03] Deleting Sales Orders by accident
Hello Group,
I was wondering if anyone else has the problem where users delete a
Sales Order "by accident" and then call the Help Desk to ask where this
Sales Order went? Of course, the change log gets deleted along with the
Sales Order.
More importantly, has anyone written a BPM (or any other method) to
prevent this "accidental" deletion?
Thanks in advance,
