I have a user who has an issue when they run a quote form it brings up the first one they do that day.
After the first one thats ran, after that whatever quote they run it previews the orginal report. they have to go into the the system monitor and print it from there where it also doesnt let them preview it.
Are they closing the print prompt between quotes?
I’ve noticed that this happens If don’t close the print prompt screen and keep printing from the same one for many different quotes.
i will double check this with them
I have checked with the user and made sure theyre closing the prompt everytime, theyre still having the issue
