Print Preview returns old report

Intermittently, when some of our users submit a report for print preview it will return the report for a different record that they had printed earlier in the day. So for example, you print quote 123 then go open quote 456 and click print preview and it returns quote 123. Try again, quote 123. Close epicor and open epicor, then you get quote 456.

Anyone seen this? Any idea why this happens and how to fix?

This usually happens if the user saved defaults.
If there were filters selected sometimes that default will save the filter or the selection and reprint every time it loads
