Search Return All Rows

In Kinetic I don’t see where I can change a search to return all rows like in Epicor 10 (Classic Screens). Does Kinetic automatically return all rows? For example if I open up Security Groups and do search with no filter would that return all rows (all groups)?

As you scroll, it will continuously get new records.
