I'm having a problem with issuing a serial number on a sales order. When
trying to ship, it tells you the part number is serial number tracked. We
then bring up the screen and no serial numbers are there to be selected.
When I go to serial number tracker I can find the serial number and it's
still unused. We don't seem to have the problem when issuing to a job. Has
anyone seen this problem before? I'm on Vantage 5.0
