Hello!
I’m looking for another sheet metal fabrication shop that is running finite scheduling and utilizing priority dispatch reports. We do this for three of our facilities but I need help convincing our Fabrication team that there’s nothing inherently different in their business that prohibits us from using the same scheduling process as we do in our machining facilities.
If someone has experience in this environment and would be willing to hop on a call to discuss it would be greatly appreciated.
