The customers were set to Monthly and the 1st.
Now one of the orders still is showing open so once that is fixed it should take care of the last invoice.

We have several customers that we have created the Packing Slip and
shipped the products but we are unable to create the invoices for them.
In Invoice Entry you can see the packing slips but when you select them
to move them over to the Invoice Entry screen they do not come across.
Anyone encounter this behavior before?
