I have a Buyer's Guide dashboard that includes a tab for shortages for parts with firm demand. There's an additional tab that shows what POs and Jobs the supply and demand is related to. I don't know if it's exactly what you're looking for (and there are several other buyer-related tabs), but it might be a starting off point if you can't find a closer match?
I can send you a print screen off-line if you think you might be interested.
