Smart client application not displaying dashboard's columns

This is hit and miss when deploying a dashboard into a smart client application (even testing the application). Columns will come and go. All settings looks good on dashboard. Has anybody else experienced this?

Does hitting Refresh while testing the smart client show anything?

If the dashboard uses Customer data and Territories are being used, that might be an issue.
