Anyone else is using Smtp2Go as their email sending service? How do you set it up on Epicor? Seems like it needs more than just setting up the SMTP server and use in Epicor Company maintenance?

We do.
In SMTP2GO, make sure you create an SMTP user under Sending.
In Kinetic, you’ll want to go into Email Settings Maintenance and select Legacy SMTP for the System and Report Email Application fields. Set the SMTP Server to the value you see on the Sending page in SMTP2GO. We use port 2525. Set SMTP Credentials to the SMTP user created above. Check the “USE SSL” box if you’re using SMTP port 2525. Send a test email.
