The error at the top of this thread is what I am getting, it shows Invalid Column name for several fields. Those fields aren’t even showing in the query in the RDL.
What version of epicor are you running? It sounds like your .rdl on server is not really getting updated.. see earlier post on print program length
My apologies for the poor formatting but I am mobile and using voice to text Make a copy out of box report style but change the folder paths to be two characters. For AR form any more than using two characters for both paths AR form and ARPB form will result in longer than 100 characters and your updated report style will not really upload
2025.2.7 we are Epicor public cloud
PRB0308665: Changes to custom PackSlip, ARForm, and APCheck SSRS report RDLs in upload without errors, but the old version of the report continues to print instead of the updated version
--Fix will be included in Kinetic 2026.1. Update request is being worked on to be included in a 2025.2 point update.
PRB0308049: Custom report entries in Ice.CustomReportStore should not be flagged as system reports in the Ice.ReportStore view when PrintProgram ≤ 200 characters.
--Fix will be included in Kinetic 2026.1. Update request is being worked on to be included in a 2025.2 point update.
Possible workaround for SSRS report styles with a comma in the PrintProgram as of versions 2025.1.11 / 2025.2.5
- Download the existing custom report RDLs from Report Style Maintenance for the Report Style(s) in question.
- For each custom ARForm, PackSlip, and APCheck report style affected:
- Create two new custom Report Style records, one for each report path in the original PrintProgram.
- Each new Report Style’s PrintProgram must point to either:
- The first path in the original Report Style (before the comma), OR
- The second path in the original Report Style (after the comma).
- Note: The workaround would require users to treat each new Report Style as a separate report.
- Delete the original custom Report Style record after creating the two new styles.
Important: Ensure the custom report RDLs have been downloaded and are accessible before deleting the original Report Style.
- Run Conversion Workbench conversion 405.
- Any changes to the split Report Styles should now persist and function as expected.
That.. is quite the painful workaround! But appreciated!

Well i got it to work, the layout is not correct though but it calculates properly now. I uploaded the rdl files that i downloaded as a backup, I had to add a ‘Fallback Email’. Then clicked the ‘Missing RDL’ shape and that switched to green and ‘OK’. Ran the report and the layout is different than base but it doesn’t have the subreport sections included. Those dls were downloaded and uploaded but for some reason are not getting combined in the report…
Thanks so much for replying Nathan. I just followed your steps and I am up to the point of getting ready to run Conversion 405. Can you or someone here familar with this describe a bit more detail what this does and if this is realtivly fast process? We have a number of custom reports so I am just nervous I guess as to what Conversion 405 does? Looks like Cloud Team (EpicAdmin) last ran this with Kinetic update in June 2025 but not with the Major Upgrade in December. Thanks
