SAP had this and it was fun. You got the little magnifier tool built into it to be able to see it and then you could finish your ABAP code to do whatever it was you were trying to do haha

My only request is to display both / all version numbers in every place that version numbers show up.
Help>About should display the 2026.100 as well as 12.2.300 numbering.
EpicCare should record both numbers.
All announcements and communications should reference both numbers.
Does this defeat the purpose of having two formats? I can’t say…I don’t know what the purpose was.
But it should satisfy those who want the ‘old’ format, and those who want the ‘new’ format, and means no more Rosetta stones required.
And, most importantly, it’d satisfy me, and that’s always a noble cause.
As suggested by @Kevin_Barrow 2+ years ago, and since Epicor will probably not satisfy you on this one, the best we all have is to bookmark the KB0119789 Versions of Kinetic, ERP, UX, ICE, Edge Agent, etc. which is kept updated even for the V next.
Even Epicor themselves isn’t aware of that. 2026.1 is visible all over EpicWeb and in the banner warning about the classic sunset at the top of the home page.
