Stock Transfer Direct Shipment Error

I am using Epicor v"10.2.700.31" and encountering the following error during Stock Transfer between sites using Direct Transfer where the Part has a Serial No.:

A valid site transfer definition is required.

That normally means that you dont have something setup correctly in the Site Configuration or Site Maintenance to specify how the sites transfer materials.
