This is starting to look like a timing issue.
I finally noticed that when I tab off the part number in the new line, there is retrieving/saving activity per line. This can add up to a few seconds.
And ff a user tabs while the lines are being refreshed, then the grid focus is lost.

Anyone know how the focus is set when a new lines are added to a quote by tabbing?
In version 8.03.409C I'm having an issue with new lines.
This is in the summary sheet, Lines grid.

First quote line, I can tab thru the fields normally and on the last field in the first row, enter/tab will add a new line to the quote.
On the new line, after I enter the part number and tab, the focus doesn't go to the next field in the grid as I'd expect - it appears like the focus shifts to the menu tree.

I haven't been able to find anything that controls this so far. I wonder why tabbing works correctly on the first line but not on subsequent lines.
BTW.. I've tested E9 & this isn't an issue in that version.
