Hi everyone,
I’m trying to create a feature using BPM to send shipping information to customers via e-mail. So I first tried sending the shipping information to my email to test it. However, as you can see below, the exact shipping information did not appear, and only the command I entered in the template appeared.
What mistake did I make? Or am I not doing some step?

It looks like you’ve copied and pasted?
You cannot copy and paste here. You must right click and use the menu items to select your columns you wish to display.

As @aarong suggested, try to make the fields manually. They will turn into a hyperlink when it’s setup correctly.
I’ll third that.
Right mouse click to get access to the fields and variables.
