Time and Expense Entry Recall- But Quantity still Showing in WIP

Hello,

We over produced a job so did a recall in time and expense entry on one transaction. However when looking at the job WIP part locations in job entry, the quantity is still in WIP but with no warehouse and no bin. Is this standard behavior or is there another step we need to do to remove the stock from WIP ?

They are two different things, Time entry is for labor against the operation in job. Whereas, material are issued from stock. Check and verify accordingly.

You need to run Cost recognition process for it, which will Credit the WIP and Debit the Cost.

Which epicor screen for this ?

In Project entry screen - open the respective project and goto Revenue Recognition Tab and enter what cost is to be recognize manually, and run Cost/Revenue recognition process action menu in it.
Or
In Project module run Revenue/Cost recognition process with Cost Tick box enabled.
