Time collection

This is exactly how we do it. We use Vantage Data Collection and then we
have a macro that we run after labor review Monday morning that exports the
data into the format the outside house requires and it emails the file
directly to them. We've been doing it this way for 1 and a half years and
it's working great. Paying them off vantage has also greatly improved the
accuracy of vantage punches, required less equipment since we used to do
double-punching and has saved us a lot of time that used to be spent
matching up the two systems.
I am wondering if there is anyone out there that would be interested
in speaking with our human resource director about the merits of using
Vantage scanning for payroll time collection, and sending the info
collected to a payroll processing house.

We are in a situation where we have a legacy Winstar system that has
seen the sunset. Now we need to make a decision to replace that
system with another third party solution or try to get Vantage to give
us what we need.

Thank you,
