I went through the process of adding UD fields to the RcvHead table. This worked just fine, the fields are available to be added to Receipt Entry and I can see the UD fields in the BAQ. I would also like to tie these UD fields to metadata in my document type. I was able to tie one UD field just fine, it shows up when I go and attach a document and stores the values entered. When I go to add any of the other UD fields, it throws me an error. Even stranger I go to add the UD field that works to a different metadata field under a new name and says it can’t be found.
What am I missing here?

Shot in the dark, maybe it’s using an outdated datamodel. Turn off task agent on that application server, regen, recycle, turn on task agent, then see?
This is a known issue. I would create a ticket with epicor so there are more requests for this to become a feature.
UD fields to not come in with MetaData just yet.
