Thanks Joshua and Jose for your responses. Jose example will work perfect for the new entry and I may also use the EXT UD for a different application.
Thanks again
Steve

Womp Womp… bummer… then yeah use a UD table but not any in the 100/100A range that would be a waste. Just use something UD01 and use the wizard to attach it as a child table in customization entry.

Why not use CRM and link the invoice? You could add a UD field to CRM with a follow-up date and that is what your BAQ would run on.

I am trying to put together a system so when the invoice due date is reached accounting can contact customer and document the conversation. They can then set a new date for that invoice for the next follow up if the invoice is not paid.
My thoughts are to use the UD100 so I get a child entry for each of the Invoice customer conversations and then create a BAQ for accounting to use the would show what Invoice are past due date or new date that is created in the UD table entry.

What are you trying to store and how will it be used? So far what you have described you could use an EXT UD table to do that. By their very nature it’s a one to one with the parent table.

Does anyone have an example of a New UD table entry from BPM running in another table.
I am trying to create a new UD table entry when and every time a new invoice is created.
Thanks
Steve
