We are in process of release upgrade from 10.2.300.9 to 10.2.600.5. All went well but when we go to kinetic management screen to disable kinetic option from all companies, it is coming blank. UAT environment it was working fine but not in Live. Any lead?

Does the Active Homepage work? Is PRD on a Load Balancer?
Can you access the Active Homepage via browser, sometines the SSL Cert needs to be trusted on domani.
