Unable to update Purchasing Terms?

The available fields are based on the Terms Type or Discount Type. If your Type is setup for Days, then Number of Months is not available.

On the Detail tab, review the Discount Type if you are attempting to modify the Discounts tab detail information.

We are on Epicor 9.05.701

Does anyone know why I would be unable to update some of the fields in and existing Purchasing Term?

Ex. I click on the Discounts tab and Number of Days and Discount Percent is changeable but the other fields: Number of Months, Due On Day, Minimum Days are greyed out.
