Upgrade 10.0.700.4 to 10.1.500

We are currently running 10.0.700.4 and I am getting ready to install 10.1.500 to start testing. I found upgrade guides from 9 to 10.1.500 and from 10.1.400 but nothing from 10.0. Is there any reason to upgrade to 10.1.400 first?

Just did the same upgrade a few month ago. Look for the Epicor ERP 10.1.500 Release Upgrade Guide, Epicor 10.x to 10.1.500.x document. That has the instruction for the 10.0 upgrade
