Upgrade from 10.2.200 to 10.2.600 dashboards with external BAQ not working

I’ve been watching this post, not being able to use external BAQs would bring our production and shipping to its knees. Little did I know Epicor was only aware of the issue in 10.2.600… we are on 10.2.500. I guess they don’t check automatically if they can recreate the same bug on the corresponding 10.2.500 version, so we are starting from scratch.
Just a heads up in case anyone else thinks they were already retrofitting this to .500.

It sure makes it more of a guessing game when we apply and test a patch when we don’t know what what changed.

@kfierce I too have this issue. Why is it so hard for Epicor tell us when they change things?

@Mark_Wonsil I strongly agree with this as well (https://epicor-manufacturing.ideas.aha.io/ideas/ERP-I-139), that will be awesome when that day comes. In the mean time, the fact they are missing system behavior changing release documentation to me either indicates a lack of discipline or a lack of customer awareness. As far as customers reading the notes, that is on us and Epicor should expect nothing less of us. They can throw it back at us or ignore us if we don’t do our due diligence!

Yes I have tested the external BAQs is working in 10.2.600.13.
