User cannot access quote from a specific customer get a a “you are not authorized to view this quote”. I thought it might be the salesman territory but she can open quotes made from customers in the same territory. Checked the sales group of the customer its the same as other customers that she can open. Looking for advice of what else to check to allow her to open quotes from only the one specific customer.

Have you checked the Windows event logs? Sometimes there’s more information there.

As a test, try enabling view all territories for the workforce in question. If that works, you know its a Territory issue.
Sometimes it’s the configuration of users being added to conflicting work force records.

Turned out this was the problem. She didnt have permission for that specific territory. Thanks for the advice
