I’ve been having some issues where certain users (who are not security managers) are unable to put in the return quantity for RMA processing.
The box to put in the return quantity is automatically grayed out for these users.
if security managers CAN but everyone else cannot, it means one of the following:
you have field level security setup
you have some other form of customization
you have found a bug
you have not finished the process… In some cases, you have to finish something (like enter the order number / line/release first)…
my advice… verify who can and cannot do it, and that they are following the same exact process. If you find inconsistancy, check for custom or field level security, and if nothing exists on your side. then submit a support ticket and they should be able to get to the bottom of it.
