Are there any of you using Epicor with a corporate Avalara account ? If you do, what did you do to get the TaxConnect license from Epicor ?
Here’s the situation - our company was acquired by a big corporation a year ago and, because we trade in US, we now need to set up Avalara. The mother company already has a few corporate Avalara accounts which all the divisions use, including us. We already have all the connector details and we’re ready to go.
The issue is our Epicor doesn’t have the TaxConnect module. And Epicor is saying they can’t enable that because we didn’t buy the Avalara licenses from Epicor. In other words, TaxConnect and Avalara are part of the same package and can’t be sold separately.
Any advice that would speed this up will be highly appreciated. Thank you!
