V6.1 BAM for Monitoring and Alerting on Inspection Queue Changes

Does anyone have a BAM that will send an email when a part enters the
Inspection Processing queue? Specifically we'd like to generate a
different notification depending on the queue in which the entry appears
(Operations, First Articles, Inventory, Material, POs, RMAs), but I'd be
satisfied with any alert for the time being.
