V8 - Product Groups & Part Classes

Hi Joe,

We are new users also. Going Live January 3rd. We are a manufacturer
of capital equipment, but this is the way I look at PG and PC. Think of
PG as a way to classify the sales of your product. The product group
tracks your sales, cos, r&a, sales discounts. We sell steel cutting
saws. Our groups are Vertical, Horizontal, Contour, Plate, etc. Think
of the part class as a way to manager your inventory. How you want to
sort or report. It also houses the GL Inventory account.
