Mario -
You probably had this resolved but I just got back in the office and saw
your message. On 5.2 this happened to me and there was a program Epicor had
me run to unlock the user. This worked for me.

Subject: [Vantage] Vantage 6.0 Patch 535 - Bank Rec Group Locked
Whenever a bank statement is added in bank reconciliation, an A/P
payment group is created (you can view the group, but the OK option to
select it is grey-out). The group appears to be locked by the
user/creator for a few days now (I stopped and started the database and
still it is locked). In the bank reconciliation screen, the Statement
option is grey-out as well. I run database conversion 6360 for that bank
account only (calculates bank balances) with the hope to release the
group. Still locked. Any ideas?
I am thinking on restore the database to my test database, and access
the table with ODBC and unlock the group that way and see what happens.
Thank you for all your suggestions.
