Hope someone else can fill in the blanks, I'm home reading this and have
no Vantage: There is a setting you have to change for the A/R invoices,
support walked me through it -- I think it is in A/P for both A/P and
A/R --it is a weird thing, but go in and fish around, it is something
about the aging and once you change it, the invoices work...
You really might have some luck with support, they knew how to fix it,
but call financial, not tech.

We just upgraded from 5.2 to 6.1 also! And we have the same problem
with those 2 forms, only instead of the system locking up, Vantage
closes. I applied the patch this morning, but it did not fix our
problem. :(

We are in the process of upgrading from 5.2 to 6.1
I have tested everything to make sure the transition is smooth. However
I have one problem, I have tested my crystal forms reports, you know
like job routing, quote, sales order, etc. Everything prints fine
except for A/R invoices and packing list. When I try to print either of
these two reports the system locks up. Does anyone have any insight why
this is happening?
