We have the individual set up as a buyer, and add his deputy to the
authorised users. When the deputy is out I do what you do!!

Subject: [Vantage] [Vantage 6.10.638] PO Approval Process
We have a signing authority setup for PO's that goes up through the CEO.
When the CEO is out of town and there is a "hot" PO that needs his
approval, he e-mails me to do it for him which requires me to add myself
as a user for CEO, approve the PO, and then remove myself. How do
others handle approving POs when an approver is on vacation or out of
town?
Thanks,
Butch
