Vantage 8.03.400 and IQS 6.8 Interface

As I understand the only part that was still iffy as far as being done, was the Skip Lot portion, which we won't use anyway. But they've been saying since Perspectives that is available. The guy who will be doing our install has done quite a few and scheduling to get it installed and interfaced is out until March.
