>When a user does an update in Vantage (create a part, update a part, etc), Vantage exports a text file, which Service Connect picks up, alters, this then gets picked up by a bridge "toolkit" created by IQS which then transfers it to a SQL database for use of AQM. It isn't ODBC, it is a "text driver"

AQM talks back to Vantage in terms of NCMs and inspections of shipments received, but that aspect seems to be fairly broken right now (never worked fully for us) we are waiting for a patch. Also the multi-company aspect of Vantage and AQM is fairly broken as well (waiting for this as well), this is why the other posted had to create seperate SQL databases for multiple companies.
> 3) If you had custom requirements, beyond those in question two,I've done a few SQL scripts to automate certain things, potentially you could create interfaces for these scripts for users using Visual Basic.net and things like that since everything is ODBC/SQL. Haven't had any requests yet for that, but would be fairly easy to do.
